Refunds:
**If player is no longer able to play, go to CONTACT page commenting for a refund. Player is eligible for a 65% refund from what they paid if we're contacted before the bracket is released. There will be NO refunds after the bracket is released.** if tournament doesn't start you will be refunded in full or you can have a free entry of equal or lesser value.

ROSTER CHANGES (GCAHL)
- Each team is allowed 1 roster change per week, making more than 1 change will result in forfeiting ALL of their matches for that upcoming week.
NO SHOWS
Teams have 15 minutes from the scheduled start time to be ready and begin the match. For a team to be considered ready, all members must be in the lobby on their according team. If you have a No Show in your match, Contact us through our live tournament twitter feed @GamersColosseum / message our email : [email protected] and we will get it solved.

DISCONNECTIONS
- In the event of a disconnect prior to the first kill of the match, the match is to be restarted.
- If a player disconnects from the match, it must be replayed from the point of disconnect. The point of disconnect refers to the score of the map at the time of disconnect. For example if the score is 2 for team A and 1 for team B, then the match is to be replayed with the team A leading by a score of 2 to 1.
Higher seed will be RED
Lower seed will HOST games 1,3 and 5.
